Kinmont is a corporate finance business based in London. We provide advice in a number of areas including MBO's, equity capital markets, debt capital markets and M&A for private and public companies.

We have assisted on private and public transactions with values ranging from £10m to £2.5 billion. We are more focused on being really comfortable with the customer and them with us, than we are on deal sizes.

We are not organised on an industry specialist basis, but focused on providing execution and capital raising advice to experienced, entrepreneurial management of public and private companies.
