We are looking for a number of new people for our team.

You are likely to be London based and will need corporate finance experience, perhaps as an assistant at a city legal practice (where you will have built a detailed grasp of the listing rules, the blue book and the AIM rules) or in private equity advisory services within a large accounting practice with experience in financial modeling, business planning and due diligence. Equally you might be working within an investment bank or boutique at present and just be looking for a change of focus or environment.

You will be a self starter, with a robust and outgoing personality. You will need to show us that you have an outstanding work ethic: we act for the best and most driven business people and we need to execute for them with the same verve they have for their own business.
